Can I check my Nationwide bank balance online?
You can check your account balance and available balance in our Internet Bank, but you won't be able to see your pending transactions.
Phone. To check your balance using your credit card number, or for any other questions, call 03456 00 66 11: Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm. Sunday, from 9am to 5pm.
- Go to the Internet Bank log in page.
- Enter your customer number.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Choose Continue.
Getting your statement
To request a copy, you can: chat to us in our Internet Bank. You'll need to log in to our Internet Bank, select Need help? Send us a message from the left-hand menu, select Chat with us and type Get a statement into our web chat.
Once you have your Internet Bank log in, you can easily manage your money and check your balance in the Banking app.
Online banking allows you to access your bank account from any computer or device with internet access. To check your account balance, log in to your bank's online banking website using your username and password. Once you're logged in, navigate to the account balance section.

“Passnumber” means the six digit number you may use to authenticate your identity before you can use Internet Banking or the Banking App.
